He (1945-2013) was a Full Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of São Paulo. Post-doctorate from the University of California (Berkeley). Full Professor. As a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at FFLCH/USP, he reached the position of full professor after a rigorous selection process. His research themes are: International Relations; Geopolitics and Strategy; General Theory of the State; Classical, Modern and Contemporary Political Thought; Brazilian Political Thought.
