The Centre for Studies on Geopolitics and International Relations (CENEGRI) is an independent, nonpartisan Brazilian think tank dedicated to the production, dissemination, and debate of knowledge in geopolitics, international relations, and foreign policy. Founded in 2004, CENEGRI serves as a space for research, strategic analysis, and training, connecting academia, the public sector, the private sector, the media, and civil society.
Over the course of its trajectory, CENEGRI has consolidated itself as a platform for critical reflection on the main issues on the international agenda, with particular attention to global impacts on Brazil and the country’s international role. Its activities include publications, research projects, academic training, policy briefs, editorial initiatives, and the promotion of debates with national and international experts.
Committed to providing qualified, plural, and intellectually rigorous analysis, CENEGRI seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of the transformations in the international system and to the improvement of public debate on geopolitics and foreign policy.
We are a non-profit, non-governmental organization. All our activities are aimed exclusively at maintaining its operations.
